1. Zero Calculation Data Stored

The most important principle of CalcFree is client-side computation. When you enter a loan balance, salary figure, pregnancy date, or personal asset count into our calculators, those values exist exclusively in your web browser’s active memory. They are never transmitted across the network, stored in our database, or linked to your identity.

When you refresh or close your browser tab, your entered numbers vanish immediately.

2. No Account or Registration Required

You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use any tool on CalcFree. There are no paywalls, credit card collection screens, or membership tiers.

3. Cookies & Advertising (Google AdSense)

At present CalcFree displays no third-party advertisements and sets no advertising cookies. The labeled advertising slots on the site are placeholders for a future advertising program (Google AdSense). If advertising is introduced, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites, and this section will be updated before that happens.

Should advertising be introduced, Google’s use of advertising cookies would enable it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to CalcFree and other sites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or via the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

4. Contact Form Inquiries

If you voluntarily submit a message through our Contact form, we collect only your provided name, email address, and message content to reply to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or distribute contact emails to third-party marketing companies.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

6. Analytics: Anonymous Usage Statistics

CalcFree uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — for example, which calculators are visited most often. These statistics are anonymous and grouped: they do not identify you personally, they do not create a user profile, and they never include the numbers you type into a calculator, because those numbers never leave your browser.

7. What We Do Not Collect

To be explicit: CalcFree does not collect your calculator inputs, does not ask you to create an account, and does not collect payment details, because there is nothing to pay for and no account system to sign into. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to type into the Contact form — your name, email address, and message — and that is used only to reply to your inquiry.

8. Changes to This Policy and Privacy Questions

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top will change with it. If you have any question about how CalcFree handles privacy, send it through the Contact form and it will be answered from there.
