Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 June 2026.

This policy explains what happens to data when you use CalcFree. It’s written to be read, not to bury the point.

The numbers you enter

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you type into a tool — your earnings, a day rate, a P11D value — are processed on your own device to produce a result. They are not sent to our servers and we do not store them.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools are useful and where pages can be improved. This collects aggregate information such as which pages are visited and general location and device type. We don’t use it to identify you personally.

Advertising and cookies

CalcFree is free and supported by advertising. When advertising is enabled, third-party providers — including Google, via AdSense — may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Depending on your settings and location, some ads may be personalised. Third parties such as Google use cookies in line with their own policies; you can review and control ad personalisation through Google’s Ads Settings, and manage cookies through your browser.

If you are in the UK, EU or another region with consent requirements, you’ll be asked for cookie consent before non-essential cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, opt out of personalised advertising through your ad settings, and contact us with any privacy question at hello@calcfree.online.

Changes

We’ll update this policy if our practices change, and the date above will reflect the latest revision.
